A financial services company is seeking an experienced SEO web content writer to create 20 – 50 pages of content pertaining to life settlements, annuity purchase programs, reverse mortgages, and life insurance premium financing for a new website. I already have a template for the website that is ready to publish. I need SEO web content only.
The website will be marketed primarily to attorneys, CPA’s, charities, and universities to provide information on business solutions through life settlements, but should also attract the individual senior client. A writer familiar with life insurance and/ or the financial services industry is preferred. Although resources will be supplied, research may be required. All content must be original.
Website topics should include the general information and benefits of life settlements, annuity purchase programs, reverse mortgages, and premium financing, with an emphasis on life settlements and its benefits as it pertains to the following topics:
• Attorneys and CPA (Benefit to their clients)
• Bankruptcy
• M&A
• Key Man Policy
• Charities
• Universities
• Wealth Management
• Divorce
• Death of a spouse
All 4 subjects (life settlements, annuity purchase programs, reverse mortgages and premium financing) should include information on the following:
• Tax implications
• Case Studies
• FAQ
• Each program’s process
