I need a new developer/programmer/project manager for my free online interactive storytelling website. I expect that the site will eventually have a lot of users/traffic and it is interactive so I need someone who can handle such a site, and who can help me finish the user management panel to easily organize and manage all the users and stories posted on the site. I need a redesign of the front page. I need a little reorganization of the site and some new and search features. I need search engine optimization. I need someone who can analyze what has been done so far and see where improvements can be made and who can make sure the site operates smoothly, quickly and easily for the end user. My project has been abandoned by the previous developer. It is close to being done. The previous programmer said he used PHP script, My SQL with multiple tables and I think also html, but there may be more involved and required to complete it.
It is a free storytelling/reading/rating site. I need someone who can complete the project, fix problems, add additional features, and then maintain the site once it launches, and as new glitches/problems/issues arise. I need at least a 1 year committment once the site has been completed and launched. I want someone who will be available WHEN they are needed, who can make repairs and fix problems that may arise quickly and well. As the site is discovered and more people use it, new issues and problems may come up that will need to be fixed immediately. And new users may have suggestions for improvement that I will want to implement. So please don't bid if you can't committ to at least a year of involvement with the site after it is finished, on a pay as work is completed basis.
I don't have deep pockets or a big budget for this project, and hope to find someone who is interested in the project and does not charge too much.

| Greetings. I like the idea and the project seems straightforward and simple. One caveat is that I'd port the site to either a python or ruby back end. Given that, I still believe it could be completed within the timeframe I've mentioned. I'm bidding the minimum because I've got no reputation here. I'm more interested in developing relationships than making a ton of money at this point. Please open a dialogue if you are interested.
