Existing Ecom. Entertainment business with small development team has completed enhanced font end ecommerce UI for both purchase and sale of consumer entertainment and electronic products and desires to expedite ecom. developments to existing admin console. Additional product buyback to be integrated through interface with "bulk buyer" of books, ipods, cellphones.
1. accounting processes from sell side approval & remittance to include store credit, Amazon (FPS Flexible Payment Services. Check and PayPal remittance already existing.
2. inventory management functionality and realtime access supplier pricing/inventory table data integrated with already existing Amazon Web Services code.
3. Supplier pricing/inventory data reporting out to tab & excel reports from reporting menu to support back-end inventory management interface and data analysis.
4. Content management by product ID (internal id for item UPC/ISBN) and business rules for promotional listings on front end ecom. site (bestsellers, pre-orders/pre-release, new releases, special collections.
5. Order management fufillment & syncronization with Monsoonworks data exchange or APIhttp://www.monsoonworks.com/. The integration that has been developed by http://www.moonshadowecommerce.com/products.html with http://www.monsoonworks.com/solution_central/product/moonshadow is the model for synchronization of our own ecom. orders with those of our online marketplaces.
6. Customer Service integration with Live Person
