| Hi, I have made a few free webhosting site, and I currently own one. The site I own is c0n((DOT))us The script that it uses is $150, and is completely template driven. This price includes a web-2.0 design, and a logo. I really don't get how your budget is under $100, considering all the features you require. I can provide hosting for the site on a vps server for only $22.95/mo(includes 256mb ram burstable to 400mb, 14gb dedicated disk space, 100gb transfer, and full root access)
