I’m looking for a good quality web designer for this project. Our company manages projects for several companies. I’m looking for a reliable web development company to handle designs of these websites.
Project Scope:
Provider would be required to create corporate, promotional, and product websites. None of these sites will have major databases or any major programming. The sites are form companies, products, and promotional objects. Examples of these three types of sites are given bellow:
• Corporate: www.ge.com
• Promotional: http://dancohenandsons.com/index.html
• Product: http://www.obeverages.com/
The sites will be normally between 5 – 12 pages but 3 sites will have a larger page count.
The sites will be dynamic as far as using flash, forms, and some will need a simple CMS.
This project is for the development of 75 sites.
Provider must also have copy writing services as well. The provider will have to manage and develop all phases of the websites:
• Concept Design
• Development
• Copy Writing
Must have great grammar writing English skills in writing with correct grammar structure.
Terms, Conditions & Company Policies
1. Provider must agree to all terms outlined in this posting. Any questions or attempts to change terms while project has been award or under development will result in termination of the working agreement.
2. Budget for the entire project is $25,000 USD. Firm
3. Provider must have strong graphic design skills. Provider must also have strong copywriting skills.
4. Provider must sign a services agreement to complete this project.
5. Provider will not be paid in milestones, or through GAC escrow. Provider will be paid in full once all sites have been completed. Provider will be paid by Pay Pal or Bank Transfer only.
6. Provide must provide samples of web development and design work.
7. Provider will be give 20 Sites per week and must complete 20 sites in a week. Since these are smaller sites with no major programming or database this can be done.
